Immediately after receiving the confirmation of the purchase of our customers as follows:
• Order confirmation via Order or Order Confirmation of orders. This confirmation is sent back to us by Scan & Email: quatangnhaviet@gmail.com
• Carry out the payment of the order payment (deposit or payment of 100% of the order value)
• Delivery Address & Delivery Time & Name and Tel of the consignee.
We arrange 1-2 days (Order multiple items) or delivery immediately after 6 hours for customers (Small orders are available at the showroom) in accordance with the agreement on the method and time delivery & Shipping has been approved by you. On-demand orders we will have a letter confirming delivery time for the order.
Normally, free gifts will be delivered to customers in urban districts of Hanoi. For customers in the suburbs and faraway provinces, Vietnamese premium gifts will be available for delivery to the project through the third party shipping service with the most reasonable delivery cost as follows:
A. FREE DELIVERY:
• Free delivery with orders over 50 million VND / order in the city of Hanoi.
B. DELIVERY OF TRANSPORTATION FEES:
Transportation costs will be reported by the sales staff / sales staff to the Customer at the quotation of the Carrier. We will refund the excess money to you in case the actual shipping amount is less than expected.
• Delivery of goods for orders in the suburbs of Hanoi or provinces. (Vehicles are rail or truck).
• Delivery of goods with orders of less than 50 million VND / order in Hanoi.
C. DELIVERY AT OFFICE OR BRANCH / WAREHOUSING CO.
• In the case of customers picking bulk goods with orders valued at less than 20 million VND / order, the goods will be delivered at the showroom gift at Lot A3, New Urban, Dich Vien Hau, Bridge Paper, Hanoi. (Road map will be provided by sales staff).

D. PLEASE NOTE:
• Due to the regulation 2.5T trucks only allowed to transport into the inner city from 9 am to 16 pm every day so We will deliver to you during the aforementioned time and in time for the truck moving out from the inner city of Hanoi.
• Please check the quantity and quality of the order and sign the actual quantity on the delivery form. Any complaint about the quantity after signing the delivery note, we will not be responsible for resolving the complaint.
